John’s Pinche Tacos

My Hungry Piggy spouse man John is the best chef in the world.  When we traveled to Costa Rica, John managed to make all this with a crappy $10 wok from a Tico Dollar store. Ole! :D

The ingredients are simple – some meat, a pinch of cumin, salt and pepper to taste.  The garnishing are really all up to you.  For this evenings yummy taco treats John diced up some fresh tomatoes, cilantro and pickled jalepenos.

One of the key things to great tacos are the quality of the tortillas you can find.  In Costa Rica you can get fresh tortillas everywhere – the authentic small ones, not the Taco El Paso kind.
